Benjarong

The Dusit's signature restaurant, the Benjarong was the first restaurant in Dubai to provide Royal Thai cuisine in traditional settings. The Royal Thai food idea certainly went down well as Dubai had never experienced this cuisine before and has become ever popular both to the local population and to the resident guests that book into this hotel. The food is served to you in unique traditional style and there are private areas in the restaurant that replicates oriental seating in a low seating style with cushion rests to enthuse the oriental experience. The ornate carvings and pillars over the gold and blue printed walls provide a classic back drop with the sounds of a brass stringed instrument played by bamboo sticks called ‘Thai Khim’
